What is a pre-engineered building?

Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs) are steel structures with components (columns, rafters, purlins, etc.) custom-designed and factory-fabricated off-site, then shipped to the location for quick bolted assembly, offering a cost-effective, fast, and flexible alternative to traditional construction, ideal for warehouses, factories, and large-span buildings. They use high-strength steel and computer-aided design for efficiency, reducing waste and construction time significantly while allowing for easy future expansion. 

How IT Works

1. Design: Advanced software creates precise designs for specific client needs, optimizing material use.
2. Fabrication: Steel components (primary frames, secondary supports, roofing, walls) are precisely manufactured in a factory.
3. Assembly: Components are transported to the site and bolted together, requiring minimal on-site cutting or welding, making for clean, quick erection.

• Secondary Members: Purlins, girts, and eaves struts for support.
• Roof & Wall Systems: Metal panels (like Galvalume) and insulation.
